| Release Link | Dev put the release link for PM to test the feature before production |
| Depend On | PM blocked task before this epic depend on |
| Total SP | Dev total man days expected to finish this job |
| Version | Dev input version for PM to be able to track the feature going into this release |
How to manage tasks on Monday?
All task are to be in backlog until the epic is Ready to Dev.
Ready to Start - PM could confirm that the feature has been research before making the decision to do

- What is the situation?
- How will it solve the problem or how does it help?
- Ultimate goal? (Optional - depends on the situation)
- What is the ultimate goal?
- How will it help us?
- Overall customer journey (In general is fine to start)
- Budget of this project (e.g. Expected to be less than $100)
- When should it be done? Why? (Please check over timeline as well)
- Feature highlight
- Target customer
- Over all KPI of the feature (If the epic separate by phase please at lease indicate KPI when it is completely done)
Ready to Dev - the material is ready for dev to start
- User Flow
- PM and Dev have done high level Estimation for this Epic (Once ready it is possible for Backend to prepare)
- UX/UI Design (Only when it is done Front end can start)
